Nestled in the industrial estate of South Nowra, Old Salt Distillery is the passion project of husband and wife duo, Terry and Michelle Robinson. Both chefs by trade, with over two decades of experience in some of Sydney’s finest establishments (we’re talking Tetsuya, Quay, Sepia), the Robinsons have honed their skills in sourcing quality produce, following the seasons, and creating simple yet refined menus. Their culinary expertise naturally extends into their distillery, where they craft award-winning spirits, seasonal fruit liqueurs, and craft beers that showcase Australian-grown and malted grains.
