Before the premium spirit ages in oak casks, a limited quantity is bottled as Silver Cane for cocktails and mixer drinks.
Hints of molasses, hay shed, burnt toffee, dark honey, and sweet roasted peanuts create a sensory journey. The spirit unfolds as soft, sweet, and creamy, building to a luscious peak of spicy/peppery delights. Complex and layered, the clean sweetness from careful slow copper-pot distillation resonates.
