'What he said' is a punchy West Coast IPA inspired by some frothy chats with Steve from Stone Brewing during the NZ hop harvest. We won’t spill all the secrets, but one thing we did talk about was dialing in some big, old-school, resin-bomb IPAs.
This one’s loaded with Columbus bittering additions—way beyond our usual comfort zone—but damn, we love how it turned out. What he said.
