Brian, the former CEO of a renewable energy generator, recognized the potential of unused molasses from local sugar mills. Inspired, he turned these high-quality remnants into exceptional spirits. Their foundation is pure water, sourced from their family farm, ensuring unparalleled quality. Every morning, the pristine water is collected and delivered to their micro distillery in Byron Bay, free from tap water additives.

Local molasses, procured from nearby sugar cane fields, adds depth and complexity, making their rum truly exceptional.
